Privacy Policy

DomRose Holdings LLC (“DomRose,” “we,” “us”) operates domroseholdings.com. This policy explains what information the site collects and what we do with it. It is short because the site does very little.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, organization, email address, timing, problem category and description you enter. We receive this because you chose to send it.
Standard server information. Our host records ordinary technical information about requests to the site, including IP address, browser type, referring page and time of request. This is standard web server logging used for security and reliability. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
Anti-spam verification. The contact form may use a bot-detection service to distinguish human submissions from automated ones. That service processes technical signals about the submission.
What we do not collect
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run behavioural analytics. We do not use tracking pixels, session recording or fingerprinting. We do not buy information about you from data brokers, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
If we add analytics in future, we will use a privacy-conscious service and update this policy before doing so.
How we use what you send
To read your inquiry, respond to it, and have a conversation about whether we can help. That is the entire purpose. We do not add contact form submissions to a marketing list, and we do not send automated sequences.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our email:
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security
- Resend — delivery of contact form submissions to our inbox
- Google Workspace — our business email
Each processes information only as needed to provide its service. We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and deleted when it is not. Server logs are retained on our providers’ standard schedules.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will do it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; we will honour those requests on the same basis.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the effective date above.

What this site is not
Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Nothing here creates a client relationship, an engagement, or any obligation between you and DomRose. An engagement exists only when both parties sign a written agreement describing it.
Submitting the contact form does not create a relationship, and does not obligate us to respond or to take on the work.
Confidential information
Please do not send confidential, privileged or sensitive information through the contact form. Until an engagement and appropriate confidentiality terms exist, we cannot treat what you send as confidential. Describe your situation in general terms; the specifics belong in a conversation under proper terms.
Our content
The text, design, diagrams, code and other material on this site belong to DomRose Holdings LLC unless stated otherwise. You may quote and link to it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, or present it as your own.
The DomRose name and marks belong to DomRose Holdings LLC.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is. Content describes our capabilities and intentions and may change. Statements about what an engagement is designed to achieve are descriptions of approach, not guarantees of outcome.
Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party sites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DomRose is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it, or from reliance on anything published here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Disclosures

1. Entity
DomRose Holdings LLC is a Texas limited liability company formed on August 11, 2026, operating from Austin, Texas. It conducts business through two protected series: DomRose Advisory and DomRose Applied Intelligence. Those are operating brands within a single legal entity, not separate legal entities.
2. Working names
Some brand names on this site, including “DomRose Applied Intelligence,” are working names in current use. Final naming and trademark clearance are ongoing. Nothing here asserts registered trademark rights beyond those actually held.
3. Capability statements and proof
DomRose is a new firm. Where this site describes what an engagement is designed to achieve, that describes our approach and intent, not documented client results. We do not publish client names, logos, metrics or case studies without written permission, and we do not present illustrative examples as client outcomes. Any example clearly labelled as illustrative is exactly that.
4. Independence
DomRose Holdings LLC is independently owned and operated. Views expressed on this site are those of DomRose and its founder in a personal and business capacity. They are not the views of, and do not represent, any employer, client, partner or other organization with which the founder is or has been affiliated. Nothing on this site should be read as an endorsement by any such organization, and no confidential information belonging to any of them appears here.
5. No offer
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, or an offer of professional services in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.
