The method
Every Growth Diagnostic runs the same five steps.
- Listen. A 90-minute kickoff where you tell me what you built, what you think the ceiling is, and what you have already tried.
- Measure. One week of time logging and a pass through your books, to see what each line of work costs and earns.
- Look outside. Who else serves your customers in your trade area, how they price, and where they are weak.
- Decide. One bet, argued on paper, with the conditions it depends on and the point at which I would tell you to stop.
- Plan. Ninety days, week by week, built for the team you already have.
The rules
Fixed fee, known before we start. No hourly meter and no change orders.
Nothing above the Diagnostic is sold to a stranger. I will not take six months of your money before I understand your business.
If the answer is "keep doing what you are doing," I say that. Often the plan is something an owner can run alone.
Your CPA stays your CPA. Anything that touches tax, entity structure or the books goes back to them, in writing, in the plan.
Nobody is paid to send you here. DomRose does not pay referral fees. If your CPA or banker introduced us, it is because they thought it was right.
What you tell me stays with me. Your numbers are covered by written confidentiality terms and are never used as public proof without your permission.
A person approves anything consequential. Where software does the work, a named person signs off on what matters.
No proof I have not earned. You will not find client logos or results on this site until a client has given written permission. Until then, I describe what the work is designed to do.
How software fits
I use AI tools the way a contractor uses a good truck. They do the production work: the analysis, the research, the first drafts, the scheduling, the follow-up. That is why one person can do this at a fixed fee. I review and sign everything before you see it.
